A timeless tool that is still used to this day, this hatchet was hand forged from 1095 high carbon steel. The blade is razor sharp, and features a forge welded construction. The handle is made from hickory, and finished with linseed oil. This axe throws well as a tomahawk and is sturdy enough for normal hatchet work. Comes with a handmade leather edge guard.

The handle features a layered canvas lamination on top of rose wood with brass and black kydex spacers. The guard is handmade from brass and blackened copper.
