This beautiful Santoku was hand forged from 80CRV2, high carbon steel, and given a hand hammered texture. 80CRV2 is an excellent steel for kitchen knives as it offers a bit of extra rust and patina resistance. The knife is shaving sharp and perfect as a jack-of-all-trades chef knife. It can chop, slice, dice, and mince with ease. The handle is made from cherry and acrylic. Elevate your chef knife collection with this amazing Santoku. Comes with a handmade oak holder.

The hook has been linseed oil blackened for rust protection. It is recommended however, to not leave the hook in sitting water.
Each hook is individually hand forged using traditional blacksmithing techniques, ensuring no two are exactly alike. The flowing vine form twists naturally, giving way to a sculpted leaf—subtle evidence of the hammer’s strike and the maker’s care. Comes with two oil finished square nails for mounting.
