Hand Forged EDC with Hamon, Hammer Pattern Finish
This exquisite knife was hand forged from W2 high carbon steel and given a beautiful Japanese hamon line. The hamon line was created by applying furnace cement on the spine of the blade during hardening and tempering, then the knife was polished and given a three cycle acid bath to reveal the gorgeous clad line. The knife also features a hammer pattern finish, and tall bevels. The knife excels at slicing and cutting, great for camping, hunting, bushcraft, or just every day use. The handle is made from black walnut with epoxy resin, and copper handle pins. The blade is shaving sharp, and tempered to around 59HRC. Comes with a Rainy Forge made leather sheath.
